Celebrate Dyslexia

This client needed a new HIPAA form. They wanted the form to be specifically for patients that struggled with filling out forms like these that can be very word heavy and confusing. The client wanted it to be more accessible.

They also wanted a new hand out infographic showcasing the history of Celebrate Dyslexia.
